Dad Spice Grilled Veggie Skewers
Colorful grilled vegetable skewers with a smoky Dad Spice char. The easy side that steals the cookout.

Ingredients
- 2 zucchini, cut into thick coins
- 2 bell peppers, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 8 oz cremini mushrooms
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dad Spice “The Classic”
- Skewers
Instructions
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water first.
- Toss all the vegetables with olive oil and Dad Spice until evenly coated.
- Thread onto skewers, keeping similar vegetables together so they cook evenly.
- Grill over medium-high heat, turning every few minutes, for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Pull when the edges are charred and the veggies are tender-crisp.
Dad’s tip
Group like with like - peppers and onions take longer than tomatoes, so separate skewers let each finish perfectly.
