You are eligible for a refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Dadspice.com, subject to the terms and conditions in this policy.

2. Refund Period

Our refund policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

4. Non-refundable Items

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned for a refund. Please note that gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are non-refundable.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the reason for the request. Our team will guide you through the process.

6. Refund Amount

We offer a 100% refund on the purchase price of the item, minus the original shipping and return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

 

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at getdadspice@gmail.com.
