Dad Spice Grilled Salmon
Flaky, bold grilled salmon with a crisp skin and a smoky Dad Spice crust. Done in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets, skin on
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dad Spice “The Classic”
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Pat the salmon dry and brush both sides with olive oil.
- Season all over with Dad Spice, pressing it in gently.
- Grill skin-side down over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Flip briefly to finish, 1 to 2 minutes, until it flakes and reaches 125 to 130°F.
- Squeeze fresh lemon over the top and serve.
Dad’s tip
Start skin-side down and leave it alone - it releases from the grate on its own when ready.
Grab the seasoning.
