Dad Spice Grilled BBQ Ribs
Fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs with a bold Dad Spice rub, cooked low and slow on the grill.

Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 2 tbsp Dad Spice “The Classic”
- 1 tbsp olive oil or yellow mustard (as a binder)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- Foil
Instructions
- Remove the thin membrane from the back of each rack, then coat with the binder.
- Season both sides generously with Dad Spice and let sit 15 minutes.
- Set up the grill for indirect heat at about 275°F and cook the ribs bone-side down for 1.5 hours.
- Wrap in foil with a splash of liquid and cook another 45 minutes until tender.
- Unwrap, brush with BBQ sauce, and grill over direct heat 5 to 10 minutes to set the glaze.
Dad’s tip
Ribs are done when the meat pulls back from the bone and a toothpick slides in with no resistance - aim for about 200 F.
Grab the seasoning.
